Look Who's Cooking Dinner

As the mother of four girls I often joke that I'm hoping to work myself out of a job. This past week Ashley helped me see that my dream may actually come true. She cooked her first complete dinner with no help from me. We feasted upon enchiladas, Spanish rice and salad. The meal was delicious and I enjoyed the night off.
